Description
at last after a week of consistant work it is done.when i started the face ( the only part of the body that i had a photo of it and is taken by Marino Parisotto Vay )
http://www.marinoparisotto.com
there was no spicific idea in my mind of what the rest would be.
balance took me a lot of time ,however making progress was well. at first i tried to change the face to a persian style like giving her unieyebrow and lots of other changes . then changed the colors cause the dominant color in reference photo is brown . and then added body using painter and photoshop. background was the last thing added.
i thought of putting a story behind it or doing it in a fantasy way,but in the end simplicity overcame all my thoughts.
i hope you like it.
the work is done by photoshop cs2 & painter ix.

You have an amazing definition of light and shadow, and you get a +10 from me. I do absolutely love this rendition and it's a week well worth the time.

The only thing that bothers me is all the green in her forhead, I would add a little skin tones on top of that, maybe a tad bit of orange and skin color. But let some of the green still show through.

the background is not created by hand completely i have used wraping paper .
the line between eyebrows is not shadow ,persian girls have unieyebrow it is a part of eyebrow. and it is a beauty mark here in iran.

I think you should lighten this a tad I did in PS and I noticed you had alot more detail going on here
you should show off the rest of her dress not hide it in blackness
also if you did use a photo ref this link to the image needs to be placed under your post

Perhaps the hair could need a bit more contrast (some strands), but that's nitpicking. This painting is highly romantic realistic.
